As a popular material in the field of modern architectural decoration, inorganic terrazzo panels are widely used in various places due to their unique appearance and excellent performance. Understanding its production process will help us better understand this product.

The first step in producing inorganic terrazzo panels is raw material preparation. Select high-quality natural stone particles with different particle sizes and textures to provide rich texture for the panels. At the same time, prepare suitable cement as a cementing material to ensure the tight combination of subsequent materials. Accurately weigh and evenly mix these raw materials in a specific proportion to lay the foundation for subsequent production.

Next is the molding process. Pour the mixed raw materials into the pre-made mold. This process requires strict control of the laying thickness and uniformity of the raw materials to ensure the quality and dimensional accuracy of the panels. Then use professional equipment to vibrate and compact them so that the raw materials fully fill the mold, expel the bubbles in it, ensure that the stone particles are closely arranged, and improve the density of the panels.

The formed panels need to be maintained. Place them in a suitable temperature and humidity environment to allow the cement to fully hydrate and gradually increase the strength of the panels. The curing cycle varies according to environmental conditions and formula, generally between a few days and a few weeks.

After the curing is completed, the grinding stage begins. Through multiple grinding processes, from coarse grinding to fine grinding, the uneven parts of the board surface are gradually removed to make the surface smooth and flat. During the grinding process, special processing techniques are also used to adjust the color of the board, giving it a rich color layer to meet the diverse decorative needs.

Finally, cutting and packaging are carried out. According to the order specifications, the polished board is precisely cut into the appropriate size, and then packaged and prepared for shipment to various places. The entire inorganic terrazzo board production process, from raw materials to finished products, is strictly controlled at every step, just to create high-quality decorative materials.
